Consumer Benefits of America Invites YOU To Join Our Association

In most states, HCC Life STM is available only to members of the Consumer Benefits of America Association. Membership fees are $5.00 per month or $0.17 per day. Membership in the association will entitle you to substantial discounts off regular retail prices on many short-term and long-term prescription drugs. Discounts are available from over 59,000 participating pharmacy providers nationwide or by mail service. When applicable, details about this membership benefit accompany your HCC Life STM insurance documents. If you are currently a member of CBA in good standing and wish to apply for coverage, please provide your membership information including CBA Membership ID and Group number to benefits@consumerbenefits.com. Upon membership verification, the $5.00 monthly Association Fee will be waived.
